A healthy diet is indispensable for us to feel good in every way.

What  we need is a nutrition plan that includes calories, vitamins, minerals  and other nutrients. Healthy nutrition basically consists of 5  indispensable main food groups with vary ingportions.


You can see that you are eating healthy by answering 5 basic questions:

1-    Do I consume 5 servings of vegetables or fruit a day?

2-    Do I eat 2 servings of sea food per week?

3-    Do I get enough fibre everyday?

4-    Do I use more than 2 grams of salt a day?

5-    Do I consume too much saturated fat?

6-    Do I consume refined sugar?
